Recipe for mashed potatoes
Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 1 kg of potatoes (tender flesh variety for puree)
- 20 cl of milk
- Cream
- Nutmeg
Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces.
Put them to cook in a large volume of salt water until a knife goes easily into the flesh.
Then pass them through a food mill.
Add milk to dilute it to the desired consistency, cream for creaminess and a little grated nutmeg.
Adjust the seasoning and serve hot.
